I can obtain a copy of your Mexican Marriage Certificate if you got married in the State of Quintana Roo, México.
To get a certified copy of your marriage certificate, (ACTA DE MATRIMONIO) I will need a photo copy, a scanned, or a picture of the marriage certificate that is readable. If you don’t have any copy or photo, I will need the following info.
- Full names of bride and groom,
- Court Office number
- Book and record number
- Time and Date of Wedding
- City where wedding took place
NOTE: If for some reason, you don’t have the book and record number, I will need to request a Vital Records Search, which has an additional cost of $50 USD.

IMPORTANT:
Please DO NOT tell me your age or date of birth, your Marriage Certificate will include your age at the time of your wedding; that way you will know the copy you are obtaining is an original and not a fake.
PRICINGThe least expensive part of this process is to obtain a certified copy of your marriage certificate, which is only $10 USD. My service fee is $220 USD, which covers for the trips to the court house, standing in line, and driving to the FedEx location.

REFUND POLICY:
Once I am committed with a couple, I have to turn down other couples interested on the same date and time. However,
I understand that sometimes trips are postponed and even cancelled due to circumstances beyond a couples' control.
Therefore, my refund policy is as follows:
DEPOSIT RESERVATION:
CIVIL - LEGAL WEDDING SERVICES:
PICTURES:
- None of the "Wedding & Vow Renewal Packages" mentioned above include a setup, seating or decoration, as it is
not allowed on a public beach.
- IF you would like a setup or decoration you will need to rent a private venue, like a Beach Club.
- Decorated setups on pictures from our photo gallery were taken at a hotel or private venue.
MILEAGE/TRAVEL FEE:
- Prices for all Packages are based for the "Cancun Hotel Zone only."
- A Mileage/Travel Fee will apply for locations other than the Cancun Hotel Zone.
- If you are staying in Tulum, Isla Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, or any other location
in the Riviera Maya, send me a message for a mileage quotation.
- NOTE: Mileage/Travel Fees vary by location
REFUND POLICY:
Once I am committed with a couple, I have to turn down other couples interested on the same date and time. However,
I understand that sometimes trips are postponed and even cancelled due to circumstances beyond a couples' control.
Therefore, my refund policy is as follows:
- If you cancel at least 30 days BEFORE the ceremony, you will get a FULL Refund
- If you cancel from 22 to 29 days BEFORE the ceremony, you will get 75% of your deposit
- If you cancel from 15 to 21 days BEFORE the ceremony, you will get 50% of your deposit
- If you cancel from 8 to 14 days BEFORE the ceremony, you will get 25% of your deposit
- if you cancel within 1 day to 7 days BEFORE the ceremony, no deposit will be refunded.
- NOTE: Refunds usually take from 7 to 10 business days, and will be paid through PayPal.
DEPOSIT RESERVATION:
- To book the Basic and Standard Packages, I require $50 USD down as a deposit to Save the Date.
- For all other packages, including photography packages, I require a 35% deposit of the total amount.
CIVIL - LEGAL WEDDING SERVICES:
- In Mexico, as a licensed minister I do not have the authority to legally marry people; However, I can still assist you
in the whole process of getting legally married in Cancun, Mexico.
- If you are planning to get a Civil Wedding in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or the Riviera Maya, I can help! From filling
in, to submitting your wedding application to the Civil Registry, booking the judge for the date and time of your
wedding, setting a lab appointment for your BLOOD TEST, to getting wedding witnesses should you need them.

PICTURES:
- We do not give out discs, because that would increase your price due to shipping and handling costs. Instead,
pictures will be uploaded in high resolution onto a web server, where you will be able to download the entire
gallery to your computer, and take the pictures to be printed to your favorite location.
- All images are digital, all packages include both, the photo session, and the edited digital photos.
- The editing process takes from 3 - 10 weeks, depending on the photography package you buy.
- Photography Packages are apart from any Wedding Package, and DO NOT include the ceremony; you may buy
any Photo Wedding Package without buying a Wedding Package.
- *TRASH THE DRESS Photo Sessions are not included in any of the Photography Package above, if you would like
a quote for Trash the Dress Photo Sessions please send us a message.

A certified copy of the wedding certificate does not contain the couple’s signatures nor the witnesses signatures. When you got married, the Civil Registry office only produced 3 original “Legal Size” marriage certificates, which were signed by the couple and the witnesses.
One of the original documents was sent to be filed at the state office in Chetumal, another one was filed at the local municipality, and the third document is what the couple takes back home for their own records.
A certified copy on the other hand, is a “Letter Size” document, it contains a National Mexican raised seal, a printed State seal, and an ink Stamp from the municipality. The whole process takes from 5 to 10 business days.
*Also, if you need this for legal purposes, you may need the Apostille Seal, and be translated to your lenguage, which has an
additional cost to have you Marriage Certificate to be apostilled at the state capital of Chetumal, and translated to your lenguage
